The PLR vision system was designed for robotic de-racking of stamped body parts. The vision system combines 2D imaging with 3D cross triangulation for operation in varying environments. It has an integrated Web server user interface and tools to support integration into existing production lines. Hardware and software are available pre-set for the application.
