Mintchell Video Report: All About Automation
On his way to the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2010 show, Gary Mintchell, Editor in Chief, talks about teamwork and leadership after visiting with many movers and shakers within the Automation community this past Fall. Gary talks about a new book, called "The Executive and the Elephant," written by Richard L. Daft. The book deals with your "inner" rational CEO and the drives and emotions that prevent initiatives from getting started. Also discussed is the upcoming Packaging Automation Forum in 2011.
