The ECU-1710A automation controller combines an embedded computer and plug-in DAQ cards into one small unit.
The fanless unit integrates two of the company's DAQ cards (PCI-1710UL and PCI-1720U) onto the motherboard, which offers 16-channel analog input, 4-channel analog output, 16-channel isolated digital input and 16-channel isolated digital output channels, making the system more useful in environments with limited available space. For application development the unit supports the company's free downloadable DAQNavi software that includes all utilities, driver, SDK and documents necessary for hardware configuration, testing, and programming. The controller features an Intel Atom D510 dual core processor, 1 GB DDR2 RAM and provides two 10/100M Ethernet, two RS-232 serial, and two USB 2.0 ports.
