The AST44LP low pressure Class I Division 1 intrinsically safe pressure transmitter/pressure transducers meet Groups C, D when installed with an approved barrier.
Transmiters are now available with ½-inch NPT Male and 1/4-inch BSPP male process connections. The non-incendive version of the AST43LP low pressure series will also share the same update. The ½-inch NPT male process connection is a popular option in North America for pressure transmitters due to its open, non-clogging cavity design. The new option gives engineers the ability to consolidate their adapter options and simplify integration of the transmitter.
