Self-Adhesive Thermocouples in Molded Silicone

Print
The SA2 series of thermocouple sensors are available in two different mounting styles for flat or curved surfaces.

The design is ultra-slim silicone rubber for maximum flexibility. Temperature range is -50 to 200 ºC (-58 to 392 ºF) and sensors are available in J, K, T and E, color coded for instant thermocouple recognition. Sensors has self adhesive foil backing for faster response time and are resistant to a variety of chemicals and oils. Units come with 24 AWG stranded thermocouple-grade lead wire and stripped leads are standard, while a variety of connector options are also available. The SA2C, for curved surfaces, measures 15 x 50 x 6.4 mm (0.59 x 1.97 x 0.25 inch), while the SA2F, for flat surfaces, measures 35 x 12 x 6.4 mm (1.38 x 0.47 x 0.25 inch). Suggested applications are in the food, automotive, plastics and chemical industries.
