The RLSS Series Rod Locks, Generation 2, are now available with an optional embedded engagement sensor. The spring-engaged, air-released rod locks are designed to deliver holding forces up to 5000 lbs with low backlash.

Generation 2 models are available with an optional magnetic inductive sensor that creates a monitoring system for feedback during operation. The rod locks are designed for reliable high-precision gripping, ensuring accurate positioning throughout the performance of other tasks, making them well suited for the packaging industry. The rod locks are available in both industry-standard and custom sizes. They are IP67 rated, CE marked and RoHS compliant.
