The xDirect device server provides quick and easy connectivity to virtually any device or machine with a serial interface.

With plug-and-play simplicity and a small form factor, the unit is suitable for applications from security to industrial automation to medical and more, providing easy-to-configure and easy-to-use TCP/IP connection to serial devices. With an integrated Ethernet port and serial cable, and multiple power options including PoE, it features a built-in Web server that enables users to access and configure the unit using a standard Web browser on a PC, smart phone or tablet, from anywhere. The unit is quite small, measuring less than 240 cm in length, and weighing less than 3 ounces.
