Wireless Valve Controller
The VC10 Valve Controller, added to the company’s Accutech wireless sensor network product line, is a battery-powered wireless field device used to control pneumatic valves in hazardous locations.
Using patent-pending technology called Progressive Pulse Control, the device is suitable for upstream oil and gas applications including natural gas wellhead automation. Its power management technology enables autonomous field operation for more than 50,000 cycles, which equates to years of maintenance-free operation. Units have Class 1, Div 1 certification, an integrated pressure sensor useful for diagnostics, magnetic switches and a LCD display.
