Pre-Engineered Drive Systems

The drive systems allow energy savings of up to 50% in pumping, ventilation, and compression applications. Features include a compact footprint and flexible modular design to save space and an easy set up and commissioning with an intuitive operator interface. The drives include NEMA Type 12 enclosures for a high degree of protection and are pre-engineered as a ready-to-use solution and tested and validated before shipment for easy installation. They offer control system flexibility to meet the specific needs of municipalities, industrial end-user and large OEM customers. Depending on cabinet size, units with the Altivar 61 drive cover 125 to 2000 hp at 460 VAC and 125 to 2500 hp at 600 VAC; with the Altivar 71 drive they cover 125 to 1800 hp at 460 or and 125 to 2100 hp at 600 VAC. A wide range of pre-engineered options is available. Suggested applications include screw and centrifugal compressors, pumping, screw conveyors, fans and conveyance lines.
