The unit has a modular construction, allowing it to be fitted with optional output modules, including pulse output, pulse input, and current output. Users can also opt for a temperature sensor pair and thermowells. It features a 3.6 V Lithium D-cell type battery with a lifespan of up to 16 years. The unit offers instantaneous values for energy and volume flow and can be integrated for use with other Sitrans products, including the FUS380, FUE380, F M MAG 5000, F M MAG 6000, F M MAG 8000, FST020, and FUS1010. The unit has MID directive approval for custody transfer for water energy metering, and is suitable for 2 and 4 wire temperature sensor connection. It is delivered with a heat/cooling approved PT500 sensor set (incl. sensor pockets), provides optical M-Bus data reading in accordance with EN 1434, and has flexible input/output option modules.
