Nearly every conversation about industrial Ethernet includes some discussion of security. The focus for manufacturers lies in reacting to what they've heard in the news and applying a practical approach toward better security for their particular situation. Adding to the confusion is the fact that few manufacturers are implementing security on a new system. For most, security must be added to existing applications that didn't account for security when first designed and deployed. Brian Oulton & Mike Miclot from Belden Inc., with its market leading Hirschmann, Garrettcom, Tofino Security and Belden brands, will share their steps for mainstream industrial security design, along with practical tips and commentary that will benefit both IT and industrial automation professionals looking for the best way to implement security into their existing systems.

Automation World's David Greenfield will moderate a live Q&A Session following the webinar.
