Motor Protection Adds Profibus

The Motor Insight overload and monitoring relay system has been expanded to include Profibus communications, in addition to the previously available Modbus and DeviceNet industrial protocols. 

The relay system is designed to provide advanced monitoring
capabilities, diagnostics, and motor and pump protection in one device.
The new offerings include two separate modules, one with 24VDC I/O and
120VAC I/O. The relay system reportedly provides increased process
uptime and throughput, reduced costs per repair, reduced energy
consumption and extended equipment life help to reduce overall operating
costs.
