Dual Rate Media Converter

The FCU-3102SFP-SFP-DR can not only act as a media converter but also as a speed converter, changing speed easily by plugging in any 100 Mbps or Gigabit SFP, allowing the user the ability for future upgrades without having to purchase a new device.

The unit is a 100/1000BaseX to 100/1000BaseX dual rate media converter that can support both 100BaseX and 1000BaseX SFP fiber transceiver modules. Features include 9K Bytes jumbo frame size, support for Link Alarm, LED Indicators for link and power status, dual rate support for 100 Mbps and 1000 Mbps speed, full compatibility with the company’s FCU-RACK16 Series and a five-year warranty. Power requirement is 110 VAC, 2.5 W or 5 VDC, 1.8 W; the unit ships with an external power adapter as well as a quick start guide.
