Optical Label Sensors

Print
By differentiating between the gap and the label, LabelX optical label sensors from EMX Industries are capable of detecting a wide variety of adhesive labels on many different types of web backings.

The sensors combine a small spot size and a fast response to achieve high-speed label detection.

The LBX50 Teach key provides Standard Teach-in and Thin Teach-in, while the LBX100 has an additional custom Teach-in, which records a separate measurement on the gap and on the label to allow for optimal detection of difficult labels such as semi-transparent labels on transparent web.

Sensors use a standard mounting hole configuration with M8 4pin connector.
