The latest version of PMX MES, due out in August, will make it easier for life sciences companies to integrate automation information.Propack Data PMX MES 4.1 will also help companies enhance their regulatory compliance initiatives by accurately tracking and recording their manufacturing processes. After automatically obtaining raw material and customer order information from a company’s enterprise resource planning system, PMX MES helps enhance process accuracy and increase throughput by ensuring that the plant floor receives, processes and documents the proper ingredients. PMX MES also electronically records equipment status changes, and shares this information with other systems. To help with regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11, PMX MES provides electronic logbook handling with paperless production data capabilities to help manufacturers select the criteria they need for production consistency and archival record-keeping, including date/time, equipment, orders and electronic batch records.
