Integrated Thermal Control Loop

 The EZ-Zone ST integrated control loop is billed as the first product to integrate temperature control, power control, safety shut-down and power disconnect in a single package.

It features a PID temperature controller already connected to a high amperage solid state relay with the option of adding a properly sized heat sink, current measurement, and over/under temperature limit, a definite purpose mechanical contactor and digital communications in one package. A remote user interface is also optional. The EZ-Zone ST eliminates crowded, cumbersome control panels and the need to deal with multiple vendors for discrete components, reducing design and assembly time, minimizing system complexity and lowering total cost of ownership, says the vendor. Modular, scaleable and stackable in multiple configurations, the EZ-Zone ST integrated control loop includes back panel or DIN rail mounting, a touch safe package, +/-0.1% temperature accuracy and a three-year warranty.
