Content Type SimSci-Esscor Inplant 4.1 simulation software, a program that simulates multiphase flow in plant utility and relief networks, provides the flexibility to model applications ranging from a depressuring study of a single vessel to the design and rating of a complete cooling water network for an entire refinery or petrochemical plant.
Version 4.1 also incorporates the SimSci-Esscor SIM4ME Portal, allowing users to create custom interfaces in Excel spreadsheet software without having to write code in the Visual Basic development system. Users can drag and drop multiphase flow model parameters—such as relief valve discharge coefficients, fluid densities, pipeline diameters and solver options—directly into Excel spreadsheets, facilitating data manipulation and integration.
