The DeviceWise AI Visual Inspection software from Telit Cinterion enables real-time quality control throughout the factory floor by collecting visual inspection data from floor devices before feeding it into analytics platforms. It is deployable in the cloud or on premises and integrates with industrial cameras, robots and PLCs as well as platforms offered by AWS, Azure IoT, IBM Maximo, SAP and Siemens. DeviceWise is a scalable and integrated IloT platform that utilizes technologies from the Nvidia Metropolis stack to identify problems such as missing bolts, improperly installed product badges, bad welds, misaligned seams and more.
