SensoTech: Analysis Controller Usable in Explosive Atmospheres

Feb. 15, 2014
The LiquiSonic Controller is available with an Ex d housing for the controller and an Ex e housing for the connection area.

Both meet ATEX, IECEx, and UL guidelines as well as other country-specific standards. The explosion protection complies with the classification of II 2 G Ex de IIB + H2 T6, while the field housing is characterized by IP66/NEMA 4X. The equipment uses ultrasonics to measure the concentration or density in almost every kind of liquid. The controller provides a visualization of the process data, manages the data sets to calculate the concentration value and allows for the calibration and adjustment of measuring data. Features include 32-bit microprocessor technology, high resolution TFT color display for the best view under any light condition, front side IP65 protection, optional rack mounted or with additional field enclosure, 4-20 mA I/O, relay contacts, fail safe contacts as well as TCP/IP and fieldbus interfaces. Other features include data memory and event tracking, multi channel real time chart, a non-volatile RAM card for configuration and process data, a multi-lingual user interface and user-defined password codes for various levels of system access security.
