The CC7500 from ABB Power Conversion is a liquid-cooled, three-phase, 75-volt rectifier designed for heavy pulse-load applications like industrial lasers. It features a low-line 200/208/240V ac input that enables its use in regions where low-line utility power is available. It features dripless connectors or integrated heat sinks in conduction-cooled versions. The CC7500 rectifier features a standard Modbus/RS485 communications interface, is IP65-rated, and meets a variety of safety (UL1012), environmental and regulatory requirements. It measures 8.6 inches wide by 2.0 inches high by 19.5 inches deep. Additional features include an operating range of 2℃ to 50℃, field upgradable design, redundant parallel operation with active load sharing and output overvoltage and overload protection, ac input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, as well as over-temperature warning and protection.
