Connectors Provide Faster Calibration

FasTest announces the expanded line of FasCal High Pressure Ball (HPB) series connectors.
Sleeve-actuated HPB connectors provide fast, safe and repeatable connections to 1/4" to 1/2" male NPT, -4 to -8 AN and -4 to -8 compression threads, allowing users to simply calibrate numerous instruments in a short period of time.

A connection is formed by simply pushing the sleeve onto the fitting, eliminating strenuous twisting and turning. The connector is released by pulling the sleeve away from the connection. The patented pressure-assisted, grip-and-seal technology creates leak-tight connections and eliminates thread damage that typically results from the use of sealants and wrenches. The push-to-connect action allows fast transitions from one transmitter to the next and is shown to allow five times greater calibration efficiency.

HPB series connectors are rated at 5,000 psi, and include a safety feature to prevent disconnect under pressure. Connectors feature stainless steel construction for increased durability and corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments.
