2-Axis Motion Control Card

March 5, 2010
The PCI-1220U is a 2-axis motion control card for stepping and pulse-type servo motors.

It features hardware-controlled linear and circular axis interpolation that is said to ensure synchronized movement across both axes, without consuming a PC’s CPU. Other features include programmable T/S-curve acceleration/deceleration rates, constant speed control, hand wheel and jog functions, up to 4Mpps output for each axis, two pulse output types (CW/CCW or pulse/direction), 1MHz encoder input for each axis, two encoder pulse input types (A/B phase and up/down), and position management and software limit switch functions.
