Craig Resnick, senior analyst for ARC Advisory Group, has authored a new whitepaper that explains the uses, capabilities, benefits and latest advances in eATM technology.

The paper provides an overview of the controller types and enterprise computer systems that can be connected with these appliances. It also provides an overview of the software utility that enables configuration of data between dissimilar devices without programming.
