Level Switch Features Cooling Neck

Dec. 1, 2009
The FlexLevel Switch 4401A is a hygienic level switch that features a sliding connection designed to make the switch suitable for high process temperatures.
The optional sliding connection is available in 100mm and 250mm lengths and enables the sensor’s application either as a cooling neck in high media temperature applications up to 200°C, or as an extension for various installation options. By using this method, the medium can be reached through a tank insulation or from the top of a tank. The FlexLevel Switch detects the level of liquids, viscous fluids and even dry media. The switching status can be chosen as “normally opened” or “normally closed.” PNP, NPN or digital-out output types can be selected. A bright blue light on top  of the switch shows when a media is detected. Baumerwww.baumer.com+44 (0)1793.783.839
