Gateway Line Adds OPC Server

June 1, 2009
The functionality of the Anybus X-gateway family has been extended to include an OPC Server.
This feature connects PC-based OPC-Client applications through standard Ethernet networks and the gateway to all major fieldbus networks. The OPC server comes with the gateway at no extra cost. The gateways interconnect almost any two industrial networks and provide a transparent pass for I/O data and parameters between the two networks. The OPC connectivity feature is available for 19 industrial Ethernet-to-fieldbus versions of the gateway family with more than 50 combinations to choose from.HMS Industrial Networks Inc.www.anybus.com312.829.0601
