    Wireless Transmitter Monitors Four Points

    As the latest expansion of the vendor’s Smart Wireless solution, the Rosemount 848T wireless temperature transmitter for high-density temperature measurement is designed to cut instrument and installation cost while delivering more temperature measurements for operations use.

    The transmitters monitor up to four independently configurable RTD, thermocouple, ohm, millivolt and 4-20 mA inputs. The resulting increased visibility to plant operations allows for proactive maintenance and monitoring of key assets. The transmitter includes a new EDD (Electronic Device Display) user interface that provides simple, graphical screens to deliver configuration and information.
