Industrial PC Line Extended

July 1, 2008
As the vendor’s newest industrial PC generation, the APC810 adds new products to the top of the performance range and is fully integrated in the Automation PC product line.
The APC810 is based on Intel Core Duo technology, which combines two processor cores in one housing, resulting in a considerable boost in performance. Power consumption of the processors is so low that the PC can be operated without a fan. A new infrastructure provides faster connection of peripheral devices. In addition to PCI slots, there are also PCI Express slots. This new bus topology ensures fast data throughput and can be used for graphic applications and image processing. A gigabit Ethernet interface is also included.B&R Industrial Automation Corp.www.br-automation.com770.772.0400
