    The UE4457 and UE4427 remote Safety Controllers are the latest in the vendor’s safety interface product portfolio.

    These new remote controllers are designed to provide solutions for safety-relevant applications that normally are solved using more traditional safety controls solutions that require both standard PLCs and safety-rated PLCs. The IP 67 enclosure rating of the UE4457 and UE4427 remote controllers provides the ability for on-machine mounting using quick-disconnect technology rather than consuming valuable panel space. The controllers are remote I/O devices that also incorporate safety-rated controller functionality. Units feature 6 dual-channel, safety-capable inputs that may also function as single channel inputs, 12 test/signal outputs and 2 bipolar safety-capable outputs. SICK Inc.www.sickusa.com800.325.SICK
