The two-piece PROII vision sensor features a DIN mountable controller and a compact PresencePlus Pro vision camera.

All PROII controllers include a suite of gray scale tools—including Locate, Pattern Find and Count, Geometric Find and Count, Edge, Object, Blob, Average Gray Scale and optional Bar Code Reader. Color models include the Color Match tool for detecting an infinite number of color variations. Standard gray scale cameras are available for accurate analysis at high speeds and the high-resolution 1.3-megapixel models feature 1280 x 1024 resolution for extra detail or extended sensing field of view. Color cameras offer 752 x 480 resolution. Pricing starts as low as $2,295 for controller and camera.
