Compact, High-performance Servo Motor

Aug. 14, 2007
Though up to 30 percent smaller than the 1FT6, the new 1FT7 series of synchronous servo motors offers increased torque, as well as a robust encoder attachment with convenient mounting options in a compact design
The 1FT7 is the first servo motor with an encoder that can be replaced in the field without adjustment, says the vendor. Constructed with the flange on the drive end, the flat surface on the top provides expanded mounting options.
A medium inertia motor designed for general machine tool applications, the 1FT7 series has a higher overload at 4 x MO (self-cooled) up to frame size 100.
