Relays Feature Long Life

April 10, 2007
RJ relays are available with plug-in PC board terminals and switching currents up to 16A. They incorporate a return spring structure that eliminates weak points, increasing electrical conductivity and service life.
This design provides three times the average life expectancy of an equivalent Omron G2R relay, according to the vendor. These relays are available in 8A, 12A and 16A switching currents with an operational life of 200,000 cycles and a mechanical life of 50 million cycles. SPDT, SPDT-NO, DPDT and DPDT-NO configuration types are available. RJ relays are UL recognized, CSA certified, VDE approved and CE marked in compliance with IEC 61810-1.
