    Sense Cylinder Positions

    The SMAT electronic position sensor can continuously monitor the position of a cylinder piston with a range of 50mm.
    This cylinder position sensor is well suited for use in object detection applications, such as force fitting, clamping, orientation/position detection, good-bad work piece separation, and work piece changing. It is also suited for process monitoring applications in sheet metal production, sheet metal handling, wear monitoring and quality inspection. Features and benefits of the SMAT electronic position sensor include: contactless, magnetic measurement principle; 0-10v, 0-12 ma output; mounts in size 8 cylinder slot; independent of magnet polarization; space-saving direct mounting in T-slot; and easy, lock-in-place installation.
