Business Flex 200 is an updated version of the vendor’s manufacturing execution system (MES) software package that helps industrial facilities synchronize their production schedules with business objectives, while reducing operating costs.

This latest version includes enhancements such as multi-language support for international locations, improved security features, the ability to work with third-party historian systems, and improved blend control features. Other enhancements include support for ISA-95 and a Production Control Center suite of tools for operations and production management in the oil and gas industry. Using Business Flex, companies can increase production by 3 percent to 6 percent, and decrease costs by 2 percent to 3 percent, says the vendor. Users experience improvements in operations, production, planning and scheduling, as well as enhanced blending and movement automation.
