Trac is a module to the vendor’s LogMate alarm management software that integrates process historian data with alarms and events onto one integrated, interactive graph.
Through a standard Web browser, users can visualize alarm and event activity in line with process historian trends. In batch industries, Trac simplifies variance analysis by joining traditionally independent data onto one screen. In a continuous environment, Trac offers a central information hub for process forensics and incident review. Historian data is accessed using industry standard OPC-HDA communications. Trac provides a clickable and zoomable chart interface, a dynamically refreshed chart and data grid with auto-highlighting of target data, and an openly configurable trend display of actual and smoothed readings. A relative time feature indicates single or repeated batch starts or incident starts.
