Handle Flexible Materials

July 1, 2005
The resilient LC30 level compensator was developed to allow for extremely flexible material handling with suction cups. Designed to adjust level differences in lifting devices that are fitted with several suction cups, the LC30 decreases demand for exact vertical positioning.

The LC30 is intended for material handling applications in industries including packaging, automotive, appliances, wood, HVAC and others that require a high degree of automation. Featuring a 1.18-inch stroke with low building height, the LC30 can be adjusted by 0.47 inch. The unit’s conical stainless steel spring rests in a polyurethane busing that ensures excellent damping characteristics and allows shock load at full stroke. The LC30 can be easily integrated with any of the vendor’s vacuum products, especially the VGS3010 vacuum gripper system.
