    Profibus PA Radar Level Transmitter

    The Sitrans LR 200 radar level transmitter is now available with Profibus PA, a protocol specifically tailored to the needs of the process industry.

    The Sitrans LR 200 Profibus conforms to the Profibus Profile version 3, Class B standard, and can be programmed with the vendor’s Simatic Process Device Manager, a software tool for configuration, parameter setting, record keeping and diagnostics. The Sitrans LR 200 is a 2-wire, loop powered pulse radar transmitter that is well-suited for cost-effective level measurement in liquid bulk storage or simple process vessels. Features include a built-in alpha-numeric display in four languages and a design that allows programming without opening the lid, using an infra-red, intrinsically safe handheld programmer.
