The B-310 Pneumatic Orbital Riveting Machine orbitally forms parts up to 0.312-inch diameter or an equivalent area in tube, square or other form.

Typical cycle time is less than three seconds for materials including mild steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, lead, zinc and composite plastics. The B-310 has an adjustable tool stroke, from 0.06 inch to 1.75 inches, in 0.001-inch increments. Standard throat depth is 6 inches and maximum downward force is 2,120 pounds at 100 psi pneumatic. The B-310 is available with real-time process monitoring and process control. It can be used full- or semi-automatic.
