Using LabView 7 Express and the new Toolkit, users can compile any LabView code into MEX function. The LabView Math Interface Toolkit offers access to the LabView interactive graphical user interface and also provides access to measurement platforms including PXI and VXI, and communication protocols such as CAN, TCP/IP and GPIB for communication with stand-alone instruments.
