Automation Justification

There are many potential benefits of improved industrial automation systems that can be used to gain support for a project. While not exhaustive, this list contains several ideas. Some of these are easily quantifiable, while others are “softer.” An honest attempt to quantify even the soft items can add enough benefit to gain corporate approval for an automation system upgrade project.
