The U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB), the independent federal agency charged with investigating industrial chemical accidents, compiles information on accidents and provides information on subsequent investigations via its Web site, www.csb.gov.

The site also provides a number of instructional DVDs and videos that one control systems engineer called “among the very best safety videos I have seen in my career of over 23 years…. I recommend them very highly to anyone who works in an industrial environment.”
