Acromag Launches New Web Site

April 21, 2010
New features include improved navigation, more social interaction, and easier access to technical support documentation.

It's alive! We are really excited to announce the release of Acromag 4.0, our new website at www.acromag.com. Our hope is that the new design reflects the level of personal service Acromag provides and delivers easy access to our broad offering of process control and embedded computing solutions.

The site now features numerous interactive and social media services. On every page, you can chat with an online support rep, sign up for informative e-newsletters, or request product literature. Social media links connect you to Acromag's alternate online homes on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. A"share" button makes it easy to send a page to colleagues or bookmark information on Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon and many other communities. Additionally, we installed a user forum so you can ask us questions or bounce ideas off peers in a broad support community for all things Acromag.

Finding a solution is also easier. Quick-view tabs and fly-out subdirectories help you find products fast. A Product Finder function guides you through Acromag's product catalog to narrow down the appropriate options in a hurry. If you know the model number, just type it to find the product page. Support resources are now accessible from all pages and a Resource Finder tool helps find white papers, application notes, videos, and other documentation related to specific products.

An enhanced online shopping experience lets you get instant price quotes for your country. Save time and buy online through a new shopping cart that supports secure credit card or purchase order transactions. A MyAccount section lets you edit your profile, check order status, see past transactions, and download purchased software packages. Once the product is received, you can register online for an extended warranty of up to 7 years and see a list of previously registered products.
