SIMET offers winders and more

Components are produced internally and externally with supervision of company personnel. Each is manufactured to precise specifications.

Electronic Winders are machines where electronics and mechanics have been coupled in order to optimize functions. All have grooved drums and one motor per head controlled by an inverter. Applications include preparation of soft packages before dyeing, winding after dyeing/rewinding, preparation of packages with the selected number of meters/grams, general waxing of yarns and general winding.

Assembly Winders are designed for doubling/assembling yarns. A standard model can assemble up to three plies with creel in machine. Twisting Machines produce yarns in two head elements for twisting up to four (or six) plies with a multifunction keyboard/meter-counter. Air Cleaners that suck in and hold textile dust are available in two sizes.
