Engineered for high cycle applications, 859 Series Solid State devices surpass the performance of 5 mm/2 A units while providing greater adaptability than 6 amp 11- and 22-mm wide units, all with heat dissipation of less than 1 watt. An on-unit LED indicates the timer's output switching status or relay's open/closed output status. The DIP-switch equipped relay provides input voltage ranges of 5-10 V, 10-24 V and 24-30 V. Maximum switch frequencies (50% duty cycle) are 200 Hz (6 A), 300 Hz (5 A) and 400 Hz (4 A). Output is 19.2 to 28.8 VDC. The timer carries an on-unit DIP switch and a top-mounted potentiometer for fine adjustment. Timer ranges are 0.25 to 2 seconds, 1 to 8 seconds, 5 to 75 seconds or 35 seconds to 10 minutes. Standard operating temperature range is 0-40°C; alternate range is 0-70°C at 5A max (24V DC). Suggested applications include heavy-duty packaging, injection molding, shipbuilding and non-automotive transport.
