The compact MAC335 universal code reader is said to read all common 1D and 2D code symbologies within an extremely large range—from 20mm to 300mm—without requiring mechanical modifications.
Its high resolution of 1.3 megapixels enables it to read both very small and large codes without having to change settings, says the vendor. JavaScript functionality enables the reader to be linked into common programs and permits evaluations to be carried out on the reader itself. The Vision-Configurator operator interface is designed to enable all parameters to be set intuitively and images from the reader to be displayed. With its robust enclosure and IP65 degree of protection, the MAC335 is well-suited for heavy industrial use.
