Magnetic Flowmeters

June 13, 2007
FCMI flowmetersmeasure flow rates between 0 and 9.9 gallons per minute with an accuracy rating of 2 percent of the measured value. FCMI meters use the magnetic inductive principle to detect flow in a range of electrically conductive fluids.

Unlike paddle wheel or vortex flowmeters, FCMI flowmeters do not obstruct the flow of the media to obtain a measurement, and have no moving parts to experience wear and tear, virtually eliminating early replacements. The flowmeters may be applied in many industries including water treatment, steel, machine engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical and energy.
