The PTP Series are designed to be embedded in an application.
The potentiometric sensors feature an ultra-compact profile of 13 mm (1.7 inches) width by 11.6 mm (0.46 inches) height. Length is dependent on the application and typically is between 10 and 300 mm (0.29 to 11.8 inches) . Integral guides and mounting clamps make mounting quick, and other mounting options can be made. The sensors enable users to minimize costs in their applications as units can be ordered without a rod and side-actuated. Other key specifications include life of up to 50 million movements, resolution of = 0.01 mm, linearity to ±0.05% and repeatability of ±0.01 mm. Operating temperature range is -40 to 100 ºC (-40 to 212 ºF) and maximum operating speed is 10 m/s.
