The HP Servo can mount servo motors with flange sizes up to 315 mm.

The unit is available with standard ratios from 5:1 up to 70:1, with special ratios as well as double reduction combinations with ratios up to 4900:1 also available. Based on the company's double enveloping worm gearing, the unit is capable of 300% shock loading and backlash as low as true zero. Additionally, the company can offer slightly modified or complete custom servo designs. The gearhead is available is sizes from 3.00 inch up to 8.00 inch centers and delivery for standard solutions is five days. Both 2-D and solid models of the gearhead are available for download on the company's Web site.
