AVENTICS announces the Discover the Ceramic Advantage free Ceram valve program.
The Ceram ISO 5599-1 pneumatic directional control valve has been solving customer downtime problems since 1986. Now AVENTICS is announcing the Discover the Ceramic Advantage program to allow new customers in the USA and Canada to try a Ceram valve free of charge. The program requires minimal qualifications by the customer in order to receive a free valve.
Unique, sliding ceramic plates (rather than standard rubber seals) form a near perfect seal, allowing the Ceram to be more tolerant of dirty air and harsh conditions than other directional control valves. The near diamond hard plates wipe themselves clean, shrugging off ingested dirt that destroys ordinary valves. The Ceram offers an extremely long life (expectancy of 150 million cycles) and won’t “stick” like many spool valves. The ceramic plates are warranted for the life of the valve.
Using the Discover the Ceramic Advantage program, AVENTICS (formerly Rexroth Pneumatics) will allow you to interchange and upgrade the valve where you are having the most downtime/failures to the valve customers have named “the bullet-proof valve”.
