MS-Basic is a new family of lower cost pneumatic service units in polymer housings. MS-Basic air preparation components can perform the tasks necessary for compressed air preparation and consist of pressure regulators, filter regulators, electric on/off and soft start valves, as well as manual on/off valves with filter/regulator combinations. The components are compatible with the existing Festo MS line of premium units. The pressure and filter regulators are lightweight and have a high flow rate of up to 6000 I/min. The filter regulator is located in a transparent bowl to simplify filter maintenance while a fully automatic condensate drain provides protection against contamination. The electric on/ off valve is also available as a soft start/quick exhaust valve.
