Benchmarking Best-in-Class: The Best Companies Use OEE

Aberdeen research finds that the key performance criteria that distinguish best-in-class companies from the industry average include on-time and complete shipments, the use of OEE, and response time to non-conforming shipments.

| Laggards (bottom 30 percent) | 65 percent use OEE 75 percent on-time and complete shipment 70 hours response to non-conforming shipments |
