Benchmarking Best-in-Class: The Best Companies Use OEE

According to Aberdeen Group Inc., in Boston, best-in-class companies use overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) widely. 

Aberdeen research finds that the key performance criteria that distinguish best-in-class companies from the industry average include on-time and complete shipments, the use of OEE, and response time to non-conforming shipments.
